Noam Pianko is the current President of the Association for Jewish Studies. At the University of Washington, his home institution, he holds the Samuel N. Stroum ChairĀ of Jewish Studies and teaches in the Jackson School of International Studies. He also directs the Samuel and Althea Stroum Center for Jewish Studies and serves as the Herbert and Lucy Pruzan ProfessorĀ of Jewish Studies.
