Join Jewish Life at Duke, the Duke Center for Jewish Studies, and the Carolina Center for Jewish Studies on January 23 to hear from The Atlantic’s award-winning writer Yair Rosenberg about antisemitism, anti-Zionism, coverage of and responses to the Israel-Hamas war, the media, social media, and more. Read his recent pieces about these topics in The Atlantic.

 

 

 

Yair Rosenberg is a staff writer at The Atlantic, where he covers the intersection of politics, culture, and religion, and writes the Deep Shtetl newsletter. Previously a senior writer at Tablet Magazine, he has also written for the New York Times, Washington Post, and Wall Street Journal, and his work has received awards from the Religion Newswriters Association and the Harvard Center for Jewish Studies.

 

This event is on the Duke campus, 6:30 pm in Social Sciences 139.
